Service Description
Intuitive Eating is essential to a healthy relationship with food. It is not a diet. Diets have an average of a 90% failure rate. The principles of intuitive eating include, interoceptive awareness (knowing your body’s needs), mindfulness, re-thinking your relationship with food and how to cope to emotions.
